Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Robfly Software Industry and Trade Inc. ("Company") as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

1. Processed Personal Data and Purposes:

The following personal data is collected from municipalities, waste management companies, and individual users who use the MAYS - Mobile Waste Management software:

• Identity Data: Name
• Contact Data: Email address, phone number, physical address
• Location Data: Approximate location
• Visual Data: Photos of waste

This data is processed for the following purposes:

• Optimizing waste collection services,
• Establishing communication with users,
• Preparing reports.

2. Legal Basis and Method of Data Processing:

Personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the Law:

• Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
• Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Data is collected automatically through:

• Forms filled out by users in the MAYS software,
• Information and photos sent via mobile devices.

3. Data Sharing:

Personal data may be shared with the following parties in accordance with Article 8 of the Law:

• Municipalities and public institutions,
• Waste management companies.

4. No Transfer of Data Abroad:

Personal data collected through the MAYS software is stored only on servers located within Turkey and is not transferred abroad.

5. Marketing and User Analysis:

With the explicit consent of users, personal data may be used for:

• Marketing activities,
• Analyzing user behavior and preferences.

6. Rights of the Data Subject and Contact Information:

Under Article 11 of the Law, users have the right to:

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding such processing,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request the deletion or destruction of data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law.
